At Effeclean Canada Inc., we are committed to conducting our business with integrity, respect, and environmental responsibility. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behavior expected of all employees, contractors, partners, and representatives of the company.

Ethical Business Practices

  • Always act honestly, fairly, and in the best interest of the company and its stakeholders.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts immediately.
  • Do not accept or offer bribes, kickbacks, or other forms of improper payments.

Respect in the Workplace

  • Treat all colleagues, clients, suppliers, and partners with dignity, fairness, and respect.
  • Foster an inclusive, diverse, and safe working environment free from harassment, discrimination, or bullying.

Health, Safety, and Environment

  • Comply with all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Handle all chemicals and cleaning agents responsibly and in accordance with safety data sheets (SDS).
  • Actively support and promote eco-responsible practices, including waste reduction and sustainable sourcing.

Product Responsibility and Compliance

  • Ensure all products meet the regulatory requirements, including Health Canada and environmental standards.
  • Never make false or misleading claims about the performance or safety of any Effeclean product.
  • Commit to continuous improvement of our formulas and packaging to minimize environmental impact.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Protect the confidentiality of proprietary, customer, and employee information.
  • Do not share sensitive company data or trade secrets without proper authorization.
  • Use company resources and technology responsibly and professionally.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

  • Abide by all applicable local, provincial, national, and international laws.
  • Promptly report any suspected legal violations or unethical conduct to management or designated compliance personnel.

Social Responsibility and Community Engagement

  • Support the communities we serve through responsible business practices and partnerships.
  • Uphold our commitment to being a proudly Canadian company with a local and global impact.
  • Engage in charitable initiatives, especially those promoting health, education, and environmental stewardship.

Reporting and Accountability

  • Employees are encouraged to report any violations of this Code without fear of retaliation.
  • Breaches of the Code may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or business relationships.
  • Leadership is responsible for modeling ethical behavior and upholding the values of Effeclean.

Acknowledgement

All team members and partners must acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to uphold the Effeclean Code of Conduct. This Code will be reviewed periodically to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
